Validation before form

Thanks for the Help in Advance!

Is it possible to have a box validate a list of numbers?

For example: I have a CSV file with a 1000 random numbers (124579,136579, 568912…and so on) on the server and i want to assign a box to validate one of those numers before the client can fill out the rest of the form.
