WebLink in Form

Hi Ally.

I want to add a weblink to a checkbox, allowing those completing my booking from to accept our terms and conditions (T&Cs). Form located at http://www.lucancentre.ie/booking

Our T&C’s are uploaded already to WP media (www.lucancentre.ie/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/termsconditionslucancentre2014_feb2015.pdf), so Ideally, users could simply check the “I accept box”, and click on an accompanying weblink to the T&C’s so that they can read.

Is this possible, and if so HOW!?
