Website Requires Hard Refresh to work

Good day,

My website won’t load any elements unless if I refresh the page, when I disabled quforms the website worked perfectly,

I have cleared the cache from wordpress, from quforms and from the backend and I am still facing the issue,

I even went to the tweaks and performance page in quforms then disabled everything and cleared the cache but I am still facing the same issue,

I disabled all the forms and remove any custom code and still having the same issue
