Why iphorm css and js loading where form is not embedded

Hi there!

Today I checked my homepage source and found quform css and js being loaded even if there is no form being embedded in homepage.
If I disable the plugin and do PageSpeed tests there’s a decrease of 1 sec of loading speed.

Is there any way to optimize this?

Is this how quform work?
