Widget popup form error

hi

I can’t seem to get the lightbox function to work. on the page all forms work fine but the widget popup doesn’t work at all. I’m no expert in JS but I’ve managed to pull the error from the firebug javascript console:

TypeError: $(…).iPhorm is not a function
