Word Press Custom Plugin

Hi,

I am running multiple forms on a WordPress site and am using the custom plugin to send information to a remote server using cURL. I have one form working but when I add the additional cURL scripts to the plugin it stops working. I have worked successfully with multiple forms using the HTML version. The difference may be that I use a different script per form with cURL code. Can this we done with WordPress?

Any help or advice would be welcome!
