WordPress on hover drop down menu stops working when page includes a quform

WordPress on hover drop down menu stops dropping down when the page includes a Quform

And when I check it in Chrome Dev tools, the Event Listener MouseOver MouseOut for the .sub-menu li:hover tag has been removed by something that Quforms does when it loads the form
