Working Example of Colorbox

Hi,

I read the instruction of how to have Quform open up in Colorbox…but does anybody have a working example by any chance?

I tried it but couldn’t figure it out.

Or even with Fancybox….Either one works for me. I am trying to use Fancybox here:

But it’s not doing anything when I click on the “Contact Us” link???

Ok, that worked great!! Thank you so much!

But now when I go to submit the form I get this error:
“There was a problem An Ajax error occurred.”

I thought maybe moving it out of my test site would help but here I don’t see the form at all here on the url where it will live:
