WYSIWYG and image fields

Hi there,
I’m creating a new “form to post” following this guide

Creating a post

Actually I have two main questions:
1) I’d like having a WYSIWYG field for post_content (and other custom fields content)

2) I need a user to upload more than only featured image, showing in some custom fields placed in the page template.
