I am using quform 1.4.18 in wp4.0.1 and this is a great tool, thank you. I do have one problem though with the date picker – for the year Start Date ihave used {year} and for the finish date {year/+5} expexting to see 2014 t0 2019, however I am seeing 1 to 2014! Your guidance would be appreciated. ( I do have “Show javascript datepicker ‘enabled’) Thanks
