HI Ally,
I got through to the hosting company and it seems that using SMTP is the way to go.
I created a new e-mail address for the form and changed the method to SMTP and unfortunately, I have the same error messages.

Hi Ally,
Thanks for the quick response. I changed the From address to an e-mail address with the same domain as the website and I’m afraid that I got the same error message.
I don’t have access to the e-mail addresses so I won’t be able to use the solution about using the SMTP settings unless I can persuade the client to either hand over the settings or set up a new e-mail address.

Hi,

I’m having a similar problem with my form I’m afraid and the form can be found here: http://antiguaclassics.com/v1/pre-entry-form/

Email sending method is PHP mail() and the form itself is using the current Global setting.

I would like to test the form using my e-mail address first before handing it over to the customer.

Does the sending method have to be SMTP?
