Hello,

I found the problem.

It was a plugin that causes the setting to not display.

In my case it was the FB Traffic Post Socializer that was causing it not to work.

So I deactivated the plugin and it now works.

I get nothing when I click on the setting cot. I have circled where I am clicking and nothing pops up on any of these cogs.When I click on the cog next to the wrench I get a setting window.
