Hi Ally,

I am using the form again in right sidebar of http://www.centralised-solutions.com.au/bonds/ as I wrote above.

I have used bottom part of the code from https://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/guides/integration/send-form-data-to-another-script to change variable names. But what I want to do is pass all the variables values to the external URL http://www.bondscouriers.com.au/bondsweb/track-job.htm.

So if the value is right, then it will display report like http://www.bondscouriers.com.au/bondsweb/pod_report/2768.html.

You can use Job ID “2768” and Date “08/08/2007” for testing purpose.

Can you please tell me how the form can be submitted to external URL like this?

If you can please respond quickly, it would be greatly appreciated.

I tried doing this by following your instructions, but it didn’t work. My form is on http://www.centralised-solutions.com.au/bonds/ in right sidebar.

Can you please tell me why it is not working?

I tried by just adding text field with your code as well as date and text field, but still it didn’t work.

How can I make checkbox bigger? I tried to increase width and height, but because it is coming from single image, I am not able to do that.

Yes I did and it shows * in the backend, but not in front end.

This form doesn’t display mandatory fields with * even after specifying it in backend. Also it doesn’t display error message when person clicks on Submit. It just goes to the field which is compulsory, but doesn’t display error message.

Can you please let me know why it is not working?

I tried to put this code into HTML element, but that was not adding this Javascript in the form, so I have added it in header.php. But it is still not working.

So can you please have a look and let me know what’s wrong? If you can please reply quickly, it would be greatly appreciated.
