First of all thank you so much for your help.
The form is sliding up now, and that is great, but:

– after a few seconds the success message fades away also. How can we have it stay there and not go away?
– also would it be possible to hide the “No thanks …” after for submission? ( http://prntscr.com/d7gxda )
