For now, i have closed the form and reopened it, and it’s work. but i have loosed the last work on it.

Suggestion to make this good plugin into a great one :

1- Multipage
2- Duplicate Groups and other fields at a time
3- Link to payment methods
4- More templates, maybe from users.

This is the way the theme is handling button shortcode. Im using that : size=”big_large” target=”_self” text=”Demandez un devis” and … working great.
