    Ok so I did the Other Option and it still requires hitting the submit button unless I did something wrong

    Does this work now? I have a form with multiple pages but each page needs to display on a different page of the website. Is this possible?

    Sort of I created the form in two pages. I set the logic that page two shows if the first field isn’t empty, however as you can see you have to hit submit for the rest of the form to display?
