sorry, I forgot to mention that I tried entering the nubes@ address in the additional settings in the “Don’t replace from field” and when I do it, I don’t receive any automatic reply when I subscribe to the form. If that field is empty, I receive the automatic reply from contatti. Any other suggestion?

I will use the .pdf method which makes it easier for visitors to download and print the contract, in case they want to. If I need the popup as well, I’ll drop a line to check why it isn’t responsive…

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I use Polylang plugin, but in this case I need to have the form in a fixed page where people land using a QR code, so I’d need the form to have a multi-language option… I’m only having it in 2 languages at the moment, so I can manage the way I explained, but it would definitely be a good feature for this plugin which already is a great one!
