Yesterday we have followed your instructions and configured the settings to ban the keywords to the forms.
When we initially set up and test it was working but after a few hours, it was not working. Please let us know what was the issue and how to solve it?
Please let us know the proper option to ban keywords like viagra and sex messages to reduce spam.

We have tried with the array option but it was working only for a single word consists of the viagra word but it was not working when a message consists of the viagra keyword. Please review the screenshot and let us know the solution for this.
we want to ban viagra word from any message.
