Fixed – if anyone else is having this problem there is an issue with auto-updates.

Go to Forms > Settings > Tweaks and Troubleshooting.
Turn off Secure API requests.
Next update the plugin and clear the cache.

The issue should be fixed.

I am on Chrome. Site Hosting with Siteground.
