Hi Ally, I was able to make it work now using the static email address, my problem now is that, I have a form in the sidebar, then on some pages, when i tested the forms in the pages, they dont submit instead redirect to homepage with url extension:

index.php?option=com_chronocontact&task=send&chronoformname=ServiceEnquiry&Itemid=119

Also I tried using smtp as Email sending settings but the form doesn’t submit and gets stuck loading.
