Thanks Josefe777, but in Chrome this opens the print settings.
i want to duplicate a group of fields (time, date, single line text, and paragraph text), if you want to see the form, the link is: http://museolibre.org/inscripcion-sedes-agenda-cultural-conferencias/ (IT IS IN SPANISH and is the Auditorio part)

It doesnt let me choose any input, just show me: “The form must have at least one Email Address element to use this feature.”, and i add the element Email Address and didnt change anything on it.

I was using W3 Total Cache, and i notice that when i deactive it, the captcha works, but i still having the problem that when you submint the form, it doesnt send the autoreply mail to the person who submint it.
