ParticipantWhen I create a simple, single-page contact form, the messages submitted through it consistently end up in the spam folder.
However, if I restructure the same form into a multi-step version (e.g., splitting it into Page 1 and Page 2 with a “Next” button), the emails are delivered correctly to the inbox and no longer flagged as spam.
This behavior is quite unusual and seems to indicate a possible bug or inconsistency in how the form submission is processed. Could this be something on your end?

Participantthx for the quick response!
I have a few questions regarding the configuration of the form:Question 1:
Although I have set the date format to [DD-MM-YYYY] in the date-field setting and also under WP Settings > General, the date is still being displayed in the English format. Is there a way to force the German date format DD.MM.YYYY to be used throughout the form?Question 2:
I have a field that should accept only digits, and I’ve marked it accordingly. In other form solutions, setting this constraint ensures that mobile users see only the numeric keyboard. Is this supported by your form system as well?Question 3:
I would like to customize the position of the “Next” and “Back” buttons. Currently, the “Back” button appears at the top in the final step. However, I want the “Submit” button to appear at the top as well, replacing the “Back” button. Is there a way to control or reposition these buttons?(see attachments)
Thank you very much in advance for your assistance!
