ParticipantI checked the actual webpage and it looks OK now.
Just one small thing: I would like to reCAPTCHA box to place higher vertically just below the message box. See attachment.Attachments:

ParticipantI have reCAPTCHA going but there is a problem with it only partially being shown. See attached.
I am using two column option in group setting. It’s very hard to get the form to look like it’s logically assembled.Attachments:

ParticipantThanks. If I use the reCAPTCHA should I turn honeypot option off?

ParticipantHi Ally-
The honeypot CAPTCHA is enabled. I will roll with that, not a lot of spam so far.
Regarding reCAPTCHA: is that another plugin I would purchase and what exactly is the software product name for that?pembrokellc
ParticipantI have version 1.10.1. What version do I need to update and when is this update? I am trying to avoid migration issues with all the forms I have already created with 1.10.1

ParticipantAlly-
I would much prefer to have a more graphical and easier for the visitor to get past. What are the options other than this default CA{TCHA which seems to be a barrier/annoyance for the user? Thanks. I have version 1.10.1pembrokellc

ParticipantI am making progress. Looks like the root cause is a conflict with another plugin. Seems to be working OK but let me test for another day before we declare resolved. Thanks for your prompt and excellent help!!!

ParticipantI tested my form “CONTACT ONE” using Firefox and Microsoft Edge browser that comes with my Win 10 laptop and the send works. So the issue is with Chrome which I mostly use and probably half my customers use Chrome. So this looks like it exclusive to Chrome. But this is an issue. I can’t use this plugin if it hangs up with Chrome.
Also, when you hit send with Firefox or MS Edge, the screen goes blank for a few seconds. Anyway to make this not so brutal looking? It’s a great app for building custom forms but the send function needs work. I don’t want to lose sleep over lost sales because the customers form send hanged up. Not good.
