Hi — skip this message. Just discovered the issue. I bought a plugin called Cite-A-site which screwed up styling on all the forms as well as my page navigation. As soon as I disabled plugin forms worked fine.
I must say, I really, really like the form plugin. Would like to see a paypal add-on at some point.
