    On the https://codecanyon.net/ in comments we found a possibly similar situation.

    Hi,

    If I keep waiting, nothing happens.

    We noticed that, mostly this bug appear in Safari browser iOS on mobile devices.

    Does the plugin have some kind of Debug or any logging at all? We do not know what this error is and what it is connected with.

    At the moment we cannot delete custom code hooked into Quform, or deactivate any plugin or try another theme, we will try this on some subdomain.
