Nope, still not working on mobile. All organizations are shown regardless of the number selected in the dropdown, and the CAPTCHA characters are not displayed. Both of these things work on the desktop. Screen shots attached.

The “Nominator” section logic has been removed so now its’ just the “Organizations” section and the CAPTCHA that aren’t working.

After additional testing it appears we thought this was occurring due to an extended delay in the delivery of submission emails. Because there was up to an hour delay there was overlap in testing. I believe everything is working as it should.

I realized the “Save Submitted Form” check mark under the form’s general settings was not turned on. It is working now.
