I’ve tried all three actions:

* Made the upload simple (same error)
* Checked that the server has enough space
* Tried to debug things – despite the instructions, and creating a debug.log file on my wp-contents folders, the debug file is NOT being updated when I get the error.

I’ve removed the uploader and tried again, still the same issue.
