The Hidden element lets you include a value with the form submission without displaying a field to the user. Use it to record information such as the source of an inquiry or a campaign identifier.
Adding a hidden field
Add a Hidden element to the form, then open its settings.
Set the Label to identify the information you want to record, such as Inquiry source. On the Data tab, set the Default value to the value you want to submit, such as Contact page.
The field is not displayed on the website. Submit a test entry to check that its value appears in the notification email and saved entry.
