Note: if you are currently using Quform version 1.x, please see this page instead.
Method #1 – automatic update
Go to Forms → Settings → License & Updates and click the button Check for update.
Then go to Plugins page.
Then click update now at the Quform plugin in the table.
Method #2 – manual reinstall within WordPress
Go to the Plugins page on the WordPress menu and at the Quform plugin in the table click Deactivate then Delete. Don’t worry, your forms and settings are safely stored in the database and will not be deleted.
Then download the latest version of the Quform plugin from your CodeCanyon downloads page, then go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the Quform plugin zip file. Once the plugin is installed click Activate and you’re done.
Method #3 – manual reinstall using FTP software
Go to the Plugins page on the WordPress menu and at the Quform plugin in the table click Deactivate.
Connect to your server using FTP software (see this page for help). Then go to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder and delete the quform folder. Don’t worry, your forms and settings are safely stored in the database and will not be deleted.
Then download the latest version of the Quform plugin from your CodeCanyon downloads page, then extract the zip file and you should end up with a folder named quform. Upload the quform folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
Finally, go to the Plugins page on the WordPress menu and at the Quform plugin in the table click Activate and you’re done.
