Can I export my entries to a spreadsheet e.g. Excel?

Yes! In the WordPress admin menu go to Quform → Export. On this page you can select the form that you would like to export entries from. When you choose the form a list of the form fields will appear and you can choose which fields to include in the exported file. You can also choose the date range in which to export entries from, only entries submitted between the start and end date will be included in the exported file. Click the Download button to download the entries, the file is a CSV (comma separated values) file which can be opened in any good spreadsheet software.

Importing the .csv in Excel

If you are having problems opening the CSV file in Excel, such as garbled characters, try the steps below.

1. Open the Text Import Wizard

2. Use the following settings for importing the file:

Original data type: Delimited

File origin: UTF-8

Delimiters: Only Comma ticked

Text qualifier: " (double quotation mark)
