Changing an imported form

Hi I imported your booking form and am in the midst of editing it .. the first page of the form shows some images, how do I change the dimensions for them. I tried playing with the option settings and set the width to 100% and changed the height but I cant get them to be landscape, no matter the height change. I have uploaded images 500 x 310.

I also wish to add a pop up modal window at the end of the form before submit for Terms and Conditions . the same as here .. https://ginreabthai.com.au/ scroll down to reservations and click the button., at the bottom of the form after submit button is a terms and conditions modal window.

How do I replicate that?

I replied to your email a couple of days ago but havent had a response. My client is getting antsy because their reservation form has not been working for nearly 2 weeks .. I would really appreciate a response today so I can finish off the form.

I have a few tweaks left now .. see screenshot “Styling tick form”.. what is the css to change the green tick to theme colour .. #bb4600.

I changed the data field for the time to go between 11am and 9pm at 30m intervals but its giving off an error .. I tried 5.30 and its fine. 🤦‍♀️ see screenshot .. Time error message”

How do I get the form button to be styled like a button .. at present it only shows text “Make a Reservation” .. see below. I would like it styled like the terms and conditions button above it. See “Make a reservation button style”.

Also the modal window for the terms and conditions is not working, see below. This is meant to operate like the modal window on the home page reservation button. See screenshot “Modal Window.

Omg I wondered what had happened .. when is Ally getting back, this is so urgent .. no sooner had I said what great support you offer than I hear nothing for nearly a week.

This is really urgent, the client is getting very angry and I have set up my own email but it is not coming through.

I have installed an SMTP program and the emails are sending which is something but the form is not working on mobile. It displays only the first part of the form and is greyed out .. see screenshot. Please dont worry about the other things that you cant fix but this is important.

Please advise urgently. I hope I dont lose the client because of this. Perhaps you could also let me know why the form sometimes comes up with the error message when selecting some time slots?

Hi I have responded by email.

The Prevent Duplicates must have been part of the import.

Is there any way that depending on whether they have selected lunch or dinner, that if they select lunch which operates between 11 and 2 and they input say 5pm that an error message appears saying “please enter a time between 11 & 2.

Also for the number of persons, instead of the option I have for 1 person through to 18 persons. Is the option for which I have attached a screenshot possible?

Another glitch that has come to light is that on iphone when filling out the form, if you hit the back button, it scrolls to the top of the page, making users think that the form has gone.
