Populating a field with a selection made in another?

Hello and thanks for your time 🙂

I have two questions related to the form questions below:

1. Enter ABN (Must be 11 digits – make it so they can’t proceed to next question unless 11 digits)
2. Please select your business structure: (Drop Down Selection)
-Company
-Sole Trader
-Partnership
-Trust
3. Company/Sole Trader/Partnership/Trust Name?
4. Enter Trading Name of ____ (fill detail from their selection in Q2)

FIRST: How can I set a field to accept only 11 digits as requested in question 1 ?

SECOND: Is there a way to populate question 4. with the selection made in question 2. ?

I appreciate any suggestions you may have 🙂

I have tried this and followed directions – It is working in preview but not displaying on my actual form?

Is there something I need to enable for it to display on my page, as mentioned it works on preview mode.
