Hi thanks to both of you for responding .. the “When you insert a new form on the page you will see the popup window (see attached), this is where you can add the button, image or text of your choice.”

I dont see that interface anywhere so that I can add the modal window.

Also very urgent is the glitch that when you hit the back button ON MOBILE .. it takes you to the top of the page making it very confusing for users .. to whom it gives the impression that they have been logged out of the form. You have to scroll down quite a bit to get back to the form.

Hi I have sent several emails and the one that matters least which is the confirmation message tiny green bar is the one that has been answered. The others are very urgent.

Especially the one above about the back button.

I have just realised that replying to emails that you have sent may not be getting through as the email to reply to has noreply?

Thanks for responding, the client was getting very upset and he is a long term client so I was feeling pretty powerless when I was getting no response from you guys and trying to reassure him every day that I would hear from you soon.

With regards “Terms and Conditions” button I am not sure what you require but I have attached what I think you are asking.

The T & C’s are meant to display as a modal window. I need this fixed asap as when you click the button on mobile, the background greys out and takes you to the top of the page which is confusing for users. On desktop it just doesnt operate. I have attached screenshots of the modal window for T&C’s.

Also I would like to understand how to make the initial “Make a Reservation” styled so it looks like a button. https://ginreabthai.com.au/ See screenshot. The wording Make a res is very hard to read.

Another glitch that has come to light is that on iphone when filling out the form, if you hit the back button, it scrolls to the top of the page, making users think that the form has gone.

Hi I have responded by email.

The Prevent Duplicates must have been part of the import.

Is there any way that depending on whether they have selected lunch or dinner, that if they select lunch which operates between 11 and 2 and they input say 5pm that an error message appears saying “please enter a time between 11 & 2.

Also for the number of persons, instead of the option I have for 1 person through to 18 persons. Is the option for which I have attached a screenshot possible?

I have installed an SMTP program and the emails are sending which is something but the form is not working on mobile. It displays only the first part of the form and is greyed out .. see screenshot. Please dont worry about the other things that you cant fix but this is important.

Please advise urgently. I hope I dont lose the client because of this. Perhaps you could also let me know why the form sometimes comes up with the error message when selecting some time slots?

How do I get the form button to be styled like a button .. at present it only shows text “Make a Reservation” .. see below. I would like it styled like the terms and conditions button above it. See “Make a reservation button style”.

Also the modal window for the terms and conditions is not working, see below. This is meant to operate like the modal window on the home page reservation button. See screenshot “Modal Window.

Hi Ally, thanks for the CSS.

I added the little car to the pop up form because I liked it but really it doesnt go with the aesthetics of the site, so I removed it from the Global Css, see screenshot.

This is the code I removed .. background: url(/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/Dollarphotoclub_96508923-pop1.png) bottom left no-repeat.

The image is still there though, I have cleared Chrome cache and resaved the form 3 times but cant seem to get rid of the background image?

Is there somewhere else I should look?
