Is that code to go into my custom php script on the page in question where the form is or does it go into the functions php of the theme?

Did you see my other question? Is there a way of collecting data in a php script when the form is posted to itself?

When using a database, (Wp or external) prevent duplicate database entries.

Currently when you select “Prevent Duplicates” if a from has been posted with the same details that you select it does prevent duplicates. “BUT” if you remove the duplicate form, it allows it to be posted again even though the details are still in the database.

Duplicate entries needs to check the database not just a stored form.

Hi Guys
I have been chasing the people who create the Magazon Theme, The form is now displaying correctly but the Date Picker and the SMTP mail are not working. I have asked them to check for clashes with Ajax and Jquery but they are now saying that this is a Quform issue as everything else works on their theme.

I Have tried PHP Global settings and SMTP for mail but cannot get either to work . The actual date picker will not display, Also if I enable the Flash Uploader then if you are limiting the number of ifles a user can upload, the limit does not work, it keeps allowing as many file uploads as they want, If I disable the Flash Uploader then the limiter does work.

Is there any way you could have a look for me (If required i will give you a username and password for the WP site so you can have a nosey around and advise)

Just realised you need the username and password to view the preview. If you need it please email me, otherwise what you see on the preview contact is the datepicker and the file selector working correctly
